Ruth,
Did you intend to include either a copy of the presentation or a
link to it? The link you supplied gets to the INFOODS home
("About") page and does not seem to refer to that paper. There
doesn't seem to be anything about it on the Publications ->
Presentations page either.
Incidentally, the INFOODS effort has been going on long enough
that it would be very helpful if that list of presentations had
dates (at least a year) for all of the entries. Most of them do
not have that information.
(While I normally would not copy the list on this type of
inquiry, I hope my note might save others a hunting expedition.)
