The electronic version is available on the University of Ibadan website (nigeriafooddata.ui.edu.ng). The database is made up of 282 foods, listed under 16 food groups and having 27 nutrient components. The existing gaps in the database/table indicate areas of research need. Plans are underway to fill these gaps, include more foods and recipes and update the database regularly.
