Call for experiences and good practices in the use and application of the Voluntary Guidelines for the Right to Adequate Food in the Context of National Food Security

until 23 October 2017

Dear Members and Colleagues,

We would like to renew our invitation to take part in the Call for experiences and good practices in the use and application of the Voluntary Guidelines for the Right to Adequate Food in the Context of National Food Security.

The Voluntary Guidelines for the Right to Adequate Food in the Context of National Food Security were developed and endorsed by the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) in 2004. The Guidelines take into account important considerations and human rights principles to guide activities aiming to improve food security, with a particular focus on the needs of poor and vulnerable people.

Survey

CFS now invites you to share experiences and good practices on the use and application of the Voluntary Guidelines. Input received will help to monitor progress on the use and application of the Guidelines and will be compiled in a document to be presented at CFS 45 in October 2018.

To read more about the call and to download the template for submissions, please visit the webpage in English, French or Spanish. You can post your contribution directly online upon registration, or send it to [log in to unmask].

Please feel free to share this information with your friends and colleagues. We look forward to your contribution to this important process!
