Greetings, all,
I have a colleague who is looking for the nutrient content of
aster scaber, a Korean vegetable. She said the Korean name is
chamchwi. She is particularly concerned about the potassium content but also would be concerned about the sodium content of the dried version of this. I found something online with some data on volatile compounds but have found nothing on the macronutrients
or micronutrients. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks, all, for your collective wisdom!
