We have there data on : - salmon roe https://ciqual.anses.fr/#/aliments/26275/salmon-roe-semi-preserved , with salt, most of data coming from own analysis, 2004 - lump roe https://ciqual.anses.fr/#/aliments/26004/lump-roe-semi-preserved (from Cyclopterus, lumpus), with salt, most of data from own analysis, 2016.
