In the Italia Food Composition table BDA (www.bda-ieo.it <http://www.bda-ieo.it> ) we have data for

“Bottarga, grey mullet eggs”.

Please note that it is a preserved product (salted), and that for several nutrients (as listed) we completed the data with those from caviar.
