All first graders started the school year with yoghurts

On World School Milk Day in Omsk, milk lessons began again.

15,000 first-graders received natural yoghurts and learned about the benefits of dairy products.

From September to May, milk lessons will be held for primary school students. At them, teachers will tell children about healthy nutrition and the benefits of milk.

Lessons about milk appeared in 2015 at the initiative of the Luzhajkino brand, in the first year 3,000 children attended them. By 2018, lessons have become regular and take place in almost all schools in Omsk. Over the four-year history, useful and tasty classes have received positive reviews from parents and teachers. In order to prepare for the lesson, teachers on an excursion visit the MilkOm factory and get acquainted with the full production cycle: from the arrival of the milk tanker to the packaging of finished products. Then, in the classroom, they explain to the children where the milk comes from, how it is produced, and what milk should be drunk in order to get maximum vitamins. Consolidate knowledge with quizzes.
