Dear Soledad,
Have you made a Google Scholar search for “collagen content of fish species”?
If you do, you get numerous papers on the subject, see https://scholar.google.dk/scholar?q=collagen+content+of+fish+species&hl=en
For the nutrient content of Mediterranean fish species , have you checked the food composition tables/databases from the countries around the Mediterranean Sea?
You will find lists of these in the FAO/INFOODS International food composition table/database directory (http://www.fao.org/infoods/infoods/tables-and-databases/en/) and LanguaL™/Compilers' Toolbox™’s food composition links, e.g. http://toolbox.foodcomp.info/ToolBox_Links.asp
Similarly, EuroFIR’s FoodExplorer (http://eurofir.org/our-tools/foodexplorer/#_ftn1) also contains the information you request.
This gives me the opportunity to encourage all of you to remember to inform us all when you publish a new table or database, please inform us via the mailing lists – this is especially important when you change the URL address of your online databases.
It is almost impossible to maintain the above lists, if you do not share the new information J
All the best,
Anders

Subject: Fish composition
Dear all,
I am looking for fish composition of Mediterranean species. I have the most frequent ones like cod and salmon, but I would like to find the nutritional composition from other species not so usual. Additionally, if anyone knows data on collagen content in fish if would be wonderful.
Thank you in advance.
