the demand for products of animal origin is increasing along with the demand for animal feed. Feed that need to be safe for humans, animals and the planet.
As new sources of feed or new production technologies are being developed, renewed attention need to go to their safety. 
FAO and its partners are on the forefront to support all players in the feed and food value chains to respond better to their challenges.
