I think that you will find data on common carp in many food composition databases/tables, try for example:

or

 

CIQUAL (ABSES, France): https://ciqual.anses.fr/  search for carpe (in French) of Carp (in English)

 

or for raw carp, for example

 

BDA (Italy): http://www.bda-ieo.it/wordpress/en/?page_id=23 and search for carp.

 

You may estimate the steamed carp nutrient content from the raw carp.

 

You can find a list of online food composition data data on the Langual website (https://www.langual.org/langual_linkcategory.asp?CategoryID=4&Category=Food+Composition) or the FAO/INFOODS website (http://www.fao.org/infoods/infoods/tables-and-databases/fr/)

 

Also, be aware that the carp available in many places may be either wild or farmed (in my country most likely farmed) and there will most likely be a difference in their composition, e.g. total lipids, fatty acid profile, vitamins and minerals, etc. depending on the feed.
