The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) will present their joint annual medium-term market projections for major agricultural commodities, biofuels and fish during
an online event on Monday 5 July 2021, starting at 13:00 CEST.
The Outlook provides an assessment of the prospects of national, regional and global agricultural commodity markets over the coming decade. The baseline projections for production, consumption, stocks, trade and prices for cereals, oilseeds and oilseed products,
roots and tubers, pulses, sugar, meat, dairy products, fish, cotton, biofuels and tropical fruits cover the years 2021 to 2030.
FAO Director General QU Dongyu and OECD Secretary-General Matthias Cormann will introduce the report during the online event.
