World
Summit of Indigenous Peoples and Nature, hosted at the
IUCN
World Conservation Congress, Indigenous Peoples reaffirmed their rights. Together, IUCN Indigenous Peoples Organization members presented their proposals as stewards of nature
by launching their Global
Indigenous Agenda for the Governance of Indigenous Lands, Territories, Waters, Coastal Seas and Natural Resources and call on the global community to take affirmative actions
to support implementation.
