The background documents are the following:

Updated Agenda.

Preparatory note/Annotated agenda for technical meetings (WGCB and TFS). Document outlines all discussions to take place, provides links to background information, and highlights where active inputs from Partners and Observers will be
encouraged.

Financial reporting 2021 and Budget 2022.

Information notes for two thematic areas where new WGCB Activity Groups could be established:
o
Bioenergy in displacement settings; and
o
Bioenergy links with food and nutrition security.

AG8 Collection on Advanced Liquid Biofuels. Report to be reviewed by Partners and Observers for final approval during the WGCB meeting on 15 November.

AG8 webinar “Advanced Biofuels for net zero transport – from experiences to action” that was held on Tuesday 2 November. The roundtable discussion included some of the leading companies in the advanced biofuels sector – Lanzatech, Neste, UPM Biofuels
