8 April 2022, Rome - The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), has launched a dedicated website highlighting its response to the Ukraine crisis including a series of information notes, analyses, policy briefs and recommendations.
The new website can be accessed
here.
The information is grouped together under the following categories:
• Briefing notes - all updates and
information notes on FAO’s response
• On the ground in Ukraine
– the latest developments on FAO’s emergency activities on the ground
• Policy proposals – FAO proposals
for addressing the global food security situation and the risks associated with the current conflict
Among the latest FAO information notes are:
• The impact of the war in Ukraine on rural labour
markets
• Gender-related impacts of the Ukraine Conflict
• Ukraine: Land Tenure Role in Building Back Better
