Dear INFOODS members, Greetings from Australia! I conducted a randomised controlled trial in Bhubaneswar, India, and collected dietary intake data using FFQ and 24-hour dietary recall tools. I am now analysing the data for macronutrients and resistant starch intake. I know that limited data exist for resistant starch content but can someone please assist me with the following: * Are the 2017 Indian Food Composition Tables the most current version? * Is there a reliable source of data for the nutritional content of typical Indian composite foods such as idli, upma, vada, sambar, chappati? * Finally, is there a reliable source of data for the nutritional content of pakhala? Thank you kindly in advance.
