Dear all,
The One Health (OH) approach addresses health threats at the animal-human-plant-environment interface, fostering multisectoral and interdisciplinary collaboration for better and more sustainable outcomes. Although
the benefits of the OH approach are increasingly recognised, funding and financing of OH investments at country level remain a challenge.
FAO and CIRAD, together with representatives from the Quadripartite and World Bank, are collaborating on a Return on Investment (ROI) of One Health study. We are in the process of collating and analysing existing
evidence through a literature review and this questionnaire, with the aim of generating an evidence base on the ROI of One Health and using this to produce an investment brief.
If you have experience with or evidence on ROI or economic evaluation of One Health(-related) initiatives you are working with or are involved in investment decisions for One Health, please click on the link below
to complete the questionnaire. A PDF version is also attached for your convenience. We encourage the questionnaire to be shared widely within your professional networks, as the study aims to collect as much relevant data as possible. Apologies in advance if
you receive an invite to complete this questionnaire more than once due to cross-posting. Many thanks in advance for contributing to this important evidence-based ROI work.
Kind regards,
Daniela
