Dear Mountain Partnership members and friends,
The complexity of the environmental, cultural and economic challenges standing in the way of cryosphere and sustainable mountain development requires a paradigm shift
and a change of perspective. Public administration, the private sector, the scientific community and local stakeholders need to work together to find innovative ways to better understand and address global trends and local realities.
